  Pierogi are Polish dumplings. Our pierogi tend to be bigger than your standard pierogi, and have some less-than-traditional fillings. Our current fillings are: <br/><b>Classic</b> - Cheddar, scallion, potato. <br/><b>Mushroom Marsala</b> - Potato, mushrooms, caramelized onion, cooked down in a marsala wine reduction. <br/><b>Little Portugal</b> - Potato, chourico, linguica (Portuguese sausages), and kale. <br/><b>Piri Chicken</b> - Potato, pulled chicken, piri sauce.
